Our smoked beef brisket is hand rubbed with our secret spices and allowed to smoke for 12 hours over oak and fruit woods. Each slice is tender and moist with a light smokey flavor and served with our signature barbecue sauce.
Though this beefy entree can stand on it’s own, we also offer it as a sandwich served with either our signature barbecue sauce or or a lighter au jus.
You can also request caramelized sweet onions or shallots in a buttery sauce. Our personal favorite.
