Our beef Tri-Tip is marinaded in a Guamanian influenced marinade for three days. Each bite is juicy and flavor packed taking you on a tour of the Pacific islands.
Our tri-tip is cooked over HARD WOOD coal, not briquettes. No lighter fluid is ever used to start our BBQ so only the true flavor of the food is tasted. Grilled over our custom made grill, Each Tri-tip is cooked to medium rare with a nice char over the outside. This seals in the marinade and provides a nice crust without drying out the Tri-tip.
