Our St. Louis style pork ribs are hand rubbed in our secret spices and smoked for 5 1/2 hours for near fall off the bone tenderness. We use pear and apple wood to infuse our ribs with a sweet smokey flavor. Each bite dances in your mouth.
We can offer them dry rubbed with our signature sauce on the side to allow you to choose which side of the pork war you wish to be on, sauce or no sauce!
The only real question is Spice or not spicy.
